We get a percentage of the buyers agents fee’s, which is paid by the agents themselves

 Different buyer’s agents have varying fee structures, which may be a factor to consider when selecting the appropriate agent.

Buyer’s agents charge based on one of two pricing models:

Fixed Fee:
As a general idea, a buyer’s agent’s full-service fixed fee can be as low as a few thousand dollars or as high as $15,000. If you are purchasing a premium home, you may pay even more, but the savings you earn could make it well worth it.

Percentage of Property Purchase Price:
Most agents will charge between 1% and 3%, depending on the service they provide

For instance, if your property cost $500,000, then a 1% fee would be $4,500, a 2% fee would be $9,000 & a 3% fee would be $13,500
